Job summary

PwC UK in Edinburgh seeks a Regulatory Training Advisor to act as a key escalation point for regulatory and mandatory training matters. You will investigate training breaches, advise on ARQ requirements, and improve tutor sourcing and delivery to ensure audit-ready, high-quality compliance.

You will collaborate with course managers, validate data for governance, and influence stakeholders while managing complex workloads in a flexible, hybrid work environment across office, home and client sites.

Qualifications

• Strong investigative and analytical capabilities.
• Expert knowledge of ARQ and XLoS mandatory training.
• Ability to manage complex workloads and adapt to changing priorities.

Responsibilities

• Act as the primary escalation handler for training breaches, exceptions and anomalies with root-cause analysis and corrective actions.
• Provide expert guidance on ARQ requirements and XLoS mandatory training for compliance and regulatory reporting.
• Validate data proactively to prevent breaches and support governance standards.
• Collaborate with Course Managers to update curricula, improve tutor sourcing and engagement, and enable audit readiness.
