Job summary

Doubtless Pet Care is seeking a Learning Experience Manager to join our People team. The role focuses on turning business needs into engaging learning journeys that boost performance and leadership, while aligning with FCA/PRA regulatory standards.

You will foster a data-driven, inclusive learning culture and partner with HR across regions. You will lead a team of learning designers, deliver blended programs, and ensure materials meet regulatory requirements.

Qualifications

• Experience designing learning experiences in regulated or multinational environments.
• Strong understanding of adult learning principles and instructional design.
• Ability to link learning to business outcomes using data.
• Experience managing digital learning platforms and vendors.
• Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills.

Responsibilities

• Lead and develop a team of learning designers and facilitators.
• Design learning journeys aligned with capability frameworks and regulatory standards.
• Deliver blended learning using digital, social, and experiential methods.
• Oversee creation of accessible, high-quality training materials.
• Collaborate with UK and European HR teams for onboarding experiences.
• Champion AI-driven learning for scalability and personalisation.
