Responsibilities

• Lead the compliance and regulatory affairs function as the business transitions.
• Define and implement a robust Compliance Monitoring Programme.
• Manage and develop a small team.
• Act as the main liaison with the FCA, overseeing authorisation submissions.
• Shape and embed the compliance strategy across operations.
• Partner with the leadership team for regulatory alignment.
