Job summary

JSS in the United Kingdom is seeking a Head of Compliance to own the compliance function within a fast-growing fintech payments environment. You will work closely with executive leadership to shape strategy, policy, and risk management across the business.

You will lead AML/CTF, sanctions, and regulatory engagement with the FCA, ensuring robust controls while maintaining a pragmatic, commercially minded approach in a dynamic market.

Qualifications

• Senior compliance professional with fintech or payments experience.
• Strong knowledge of FCA requirements and UK regulations.
• Experience creating and maintaining compliance frameworks.
• Proven regulator engagement and stakeholder management.
• Able to operate in a fast-paced, evolving environment.
