Job summary

Notting Hill Genesis is seeking a proactive Consumer Regulation Manager to lead our approach to the Regulator of Social Housing’s Consumer Standards, ensuring safe homes, transparent services and excellent tenant experiences.

You will build assurance, prepare for inspections, develop KPIs and report on risks, while engaging with residents to shape improvement. A degree and relevant professional qualifications are expected.

Qualifications

• Educated to degree level or equivalent.
• Excellent analytical skills with ability to interpret complex data and risks.
• Ability to develop frameworks, policies and training and influence change.
• CIH qualification or Property Institute Level 4 Leasehold Management, or working towards one.
• Training in risk, assurance, or project/change management (PRINCE2, Agile).
• Data analytics or Power BI knowledge.

Responsibilities

• Develop, implement and maintain Consumer Standards compliance framework with cross-functional teams.
• Lead the annual self-assessment against the Consumer Standards and drive improvement plans.
• Support Director to prepare for proactive inspections and coordinate evidence gathering.
• Develop and monitor KPIs, reporting on performance, risks and actions.
• Stay ahead of regulatory change and implement new requirements.
• Engage with residents to shape assurance and improvement activity.
