Job Description:
The role is within the EMEA Regulatory Compensation team, part of the broader EMEA Compensation & Benefits team. The team ensures compliance with EMEA regulatory requirements related to compensation, monitors regulatory developments, collaborates with stakeholders to implement new requirements, and reports to regulators and committees.
The EMEA Regulatory Compensation Specialist will support regulatory reporting, submissions, remuneration committee reporting, automation projects, and audits related to Material Risk Taker compensation rules.

We are seeking an EMEA Regulatory Compensation Specialist in London or Chester to join an experienced, supportive team with exposure to EMEA compensation regulations and collaboration with various stakeholders across functions and regions.
Responsibilities:
Minimum Requirements:
Excellent communication skills, ability to simplify complex legislation/data, work independently or remotely, engage diverse audiences, manage multiple stakeholders, and demonstrate project management skills. Proficiency in PowerPoint and Word, commercial acumen, and prior relevant experience are also valued.
