Job Description:

We are currently partnering with a global consulting firm seeking to add a Senior Executive Compensation Consultant to their team in London. You will advise senior stakeholders, high-level executives, and remuneration committees on incentive plans (STIP’s & LTIPS’s), bonuses, pay ranges, performance objectives, and corporate governance.

Responsibilities:

• Provide executive compensation consultancy, including helping privately held businesses create tailored compensation plans and assisting companies preparing for an IPO.
• Display technical expertise in executive compensation, corporate governance, incentive design, performance calibration, stock plan valuations, benchmarking, and relevant legislation.
• Establish yourself as a key contact for clients.
• Support and manage client engagements, identify business challenges, develop solutions, and oversee RFP processes.
• Deliver professional advice, client reports, and presentations.
• Educate and train junior team members.
• Adhere to company policies and frameworks.

Skills:

• Extensive experience in executive compensation, reward, or corporate governance, especially within financial services.
• Knowledge of compensation factors and incentive design, including performance metrics and calibration.
• Strong interpersonal skills for client management.
• Ability to communicate complex technical material clearly, considering UK governance, investor relations, and regulations.
• Excellent communication skills for summarizing and clarifying information.
• Ability to manage stakeholder expectations and obligations.
