Job summary

South East Water is seeking a Regulatory Commitments Lead to act as the central custodian of regulatory promises. You will maintain a live database, define ownership and timelines, and drive deliverable outputs across the organisation while keeping customers at the heart of everything we do.

You will collaborate with multiple teams to ensure commitments are delivered to regulators’ complete satisfaction, proactively manage risks, and gather evidence for governance and external audits.

Qualifications

• Experience in regulatory or utilities sectors preferred.
• Ability to translate regulatory requirements into clear business goals.
• Strong written and verbal communication with cross-functional collaboration.

Responsibilities

• Maintain a live database of SEW regulatory commitments.
• Coordinate with cross-functional teams to set timelines and accountability.
• Monitor delivery progress to meet regulator expectations.
• Ensure commitments translate into positive customer outcomes.
• Establish reporting processes and review milestones with stakeholders.
• Identify risks to delivery and work with owners to mitigate them.
• Collect and archive compliance evidence for governance and audits.
