South East Water is seeking a Regulatory Commitments Analyst to manage the live database of regulatory commitments, track milestones, and compile clear reports for internal stakeholders. You will gather evidence, support tracking meetings, and monitor compliance with Ofwat and environmental regulations.
The role emphasizes data accuracy, cross-functional collaboration, and proactive issue resolution to ensure commitments are met and customers are protected.

Do you have the the aptitude for tracking complex information and driving cross-business compliance? We are looking for a Regulatory Commitments Analyst to report directly to the Regulatory Commitments Lead. You will provide essential data management, tracking, and analytical support to ensure we consistently deliver on our regulatory promises. You will be the core administrator for our live SEW regulatory commitments database, serving as a key linchpin between operational teams and regulatory expectations. You will work closely with teams across the wider business to monitor progress against agreed timelines, track accountability outputs, and gather compliance evidence. Your diligent analysis and tracking will ensure that commitments are met to the satisfaction of our regulators and ultimately deliver the best outcomes for our customers.
