Role Overview:

The Regulatory Change Manager will play a crucial role in ensuring the company's compliance with the evolving regulatory landscape in the UK and Europe. This is a key position that requires a proactive individual with a strong understanding of regulatory environments and the ability to translate complex information into actionable plans.

Monitoring and analysing regulatory changes to ensure the company is prepared and compliant.
Assessing the impact of regulatory changes and developing implementation plans.
Providing insights and intelligence on the direction of regulatory change and the tone of regulators.
Contributing to industry consultations and shaping the broader regulatory landscape.
Building strong relationships with industry bodies and contributing to discussions.
Seasoned background in a Regulatory Change role or alike.
Strong understanding of regulatory environments, preferably within the financial services sector.
Excellent analytical, research, and reporting skills.
The ability to synthesise information quickly and draw meaningful conclusions.
Ability to communicate complex regulatory information clearly and concisely.
Strong stakeholder management and interpersonal skills.
Capability to work independently and as part of a team.
