Job summary

The Openwork Partnership is hiring a T&C Supervisor in Leeds for hybrid work. You will supervise Appointed Representatives, Self Employed and Employed Advisers and Regulated Individuals within 2plan, ensuring competence through coaching, 121s, roleplays and testing.

Focus is on coaching, regulatory adherence, and handling adviser queries, with a strong emphasis on KPI evaluation and up-to-date records. This role is based in Leeds with hybrid working arrangements.

Qualifications

• Proven experience within Financial Services, preferably delivering supervision activities.
• Must hold the Level 4 Diploma in Financial Planning.
• Strong understanding of FCA and regulatory requirements.
• Client-facing skills with the ability to build and manage relationships.
• Supervisory qualification H15 or J07 is advantageous but not essential.

Responsibilities

• Supervising Advisers through the initial and ongoing stages of the T&C scheme, via coaching, meetings and evaluation of KPI’s.
• Demonstrating and applying understanding of internal Business Standards.
• Completion of 121s as required, and the ability to analyse KPI data provided.
• Completion of annual role-plays.
• Ensuring Adviser records are kept up to date.

The role is to ensure competence is both achieved and maintained via various mechanisms and a range of feedback and coaching activities. This will include 121s, roleplays and testing as well as supporting Advisers with a range of queries they may have.

Please note, this is a hybrid role based in Leeds.
