Staffordshire University is seeking a highly organised Administrator to join the Curriculum and Academic Affairs team, focusing on curriculum setup and publication and ensuring information is accurate and timely.

We are looking for a highly organised and customer-focused Administrator to join our Curriculum and Academic Affairs team. This is an excellent opportunity for someone who enjoys working with people, managing information accurately and contributing to a high-quality student experience.
In this role, you will provide comprehensive administrative support across the student lifecycle, with a particular focus on curriculum setup and publication, including course, module and associated information. You will be responsible for maintaining accurate and timely curriculum and associated records, processing information through student record systems, and responding to enquiries in line with agreed service levels.
You will work collaboratively with colleagues across the department and wider University, providing advice, support and guidance to internal and external stakeholders. You will also have the opportunity to identify improvements to processes and contribute to service enhancement and best practice.
We are looking for someone with relevant administrative experience, or a recent graduate, excellent attention to detail and the ability to manage competing priorities. You will be confident using Microsoft Office, have a proactive approach to problem solving and be committed to delivering excellent customer service. Knowledge of student record processes would be desirable.
