This is an exciting opportunity to provide advanced nursing care to patients undergoing innovative orthopaedic and neurological treatments in a leading referral setting.
This is a full-time role working 40 hours per week across a rotating shift pattern, including a 1 in 4 weekend rota and participation in the bank holiday schedule. Shifts are available as either 8-hour days across five days, or 10-hour days across four. Part-time hours will also be considered for the right candidate.
The hospital team includes specialist surgeons, residents, interns, RVNs, and veterinary care assistants, all committed to delivering the highest standards of patient care. New nurses benefit from a structured 12-week induction with dedicated mentoring, along with quarterly one-to-ones, annual appraisals, and regular in-house CPD delivered by nurses, for nurses.

The ideal candidate will be calm under pressure, highly organized, and thrive in a collaborative, fast-paced environment where attention to detail is key.
The successful applicant will be a qualified RVN with excellent clinical and communication skills. Confidence working with more advanced medical and surgical cases is desirable, and a genuine passion for inpatient care is essential. Referral experience is welcomed but not required, as full training and support will be provided.
The hospital is equipped to an exceptional standard, supporting advanced orthopaedic and neurological procedures, and is committed to continual innovation and clinical excellence.
