Job Description

Our Client is a corporately owned practice seeking a proactive Registered Veterinary Nurse to join their modern, well-equipped surgery.

This is a full-time role with a flexible rota and no OOH or on-call requirements, offering an excellent work-life balance while being part of a dynamic and highly skilled team.

The practice upholds high clinical standards and provides a wide range of services with a strong focus on continuous professional development. The supportive and collaborative team includes professionals with varied clinical interests, such as emergency and critical care, small animal surgery, and dentistry. The practice is committed to patient care and ensuring all team members receive the necessary support to develop and progress in their careers.

The successful candidate will be responsible for providing excellent clinical care, including Schedule 3 procedures, assisting with surgeries, and supporting the veterinary team in consultations. Additional duties include anaesthesia monitoring, ensuring patient comfort, maintaining accurate medical records, and contributing to the smooth operation of the practice. Strong communication skills and teamwork are essential.

The ideal candidate will be a qualified RVN with an interest in Schedule 3 procedures and a passion for delivering high-quality care. A commitment to professional development is key, with various opportunities available to enhance skills and knowledge.
