Job summary

CVS Veterinary Group is seeking a Registered Veterinary Nurse for Roebuck Great Ashby Veterinary Hospital in Stevenage. You will promote pet wellness, monitor patients, support recovery and reassure owners while delivering the highest standard of care.

This permanent role is 40 hours across four days with 1 in 6 weekends and a share of bank holidays. Salary up to £35k FTE depending on experience, plus ongoing training and benefits.

Practice Type: First Opinion Small Animal, 24-hour Hospital

Competitive Salary: up to £35k FTE - depending on experience

Life at Roebuck Great Ashby Veterinary Hospital

Roebuck is a busy, first opinion, 24-hour Hospital with a passionate team of vets, nurses, VCAs, and receptionists. Our facilities include digital x-ray, dental x-ray, lap spay equipment, multiparameters, and ultrasound, along with a dedicated Veterinary Surgeon who visits the practice for orthopaedic procedures, giving you the tools you need to deliver outstanding care.

The practice benefits from a fantastic residential location, making it highly accessible. Surrounded by strong community and nearby green spaces, the practice enjoys as a loyal client base, creating a consistent and rewarding caseload.

Ideally situated in Stevenage, Roebuck enjoys superb transport connections, including quick access to the A1(M) and fast train services into London, while offering the benefits of nearby green spaces and local amenities.
