Village Vets is seeking a Registered Veterinary Nurse for a permanent, part-time position (25 hours across 3 days) in Surrey. You will care for small animal patients, monitoring recovery, supporting dental and anaesthetic procedures, and guiding student nurses as part of our busy practice.

Qualifications

Competitive Salary: Up to £33,000 (pro rata based on 40 hours) depending on experience

Life at Village Vets

We are looking for a passionate Registered Veterinary Nurse to join our team and work on average 25 hours a week across 3 days with a share in the weekend rota. There is also the opportunity to cover additional out of hours shifts at the Hospital in Caterham, only if desired.

No two days at Village Vets are ever the same, your responsibilities will include:

  • Providing high-quality patient care, running wards and monitoring recovery
  • Conducting nurse consults and clinics
  • Monitoring anaesthetics during operations
  • Supporting student nurses in their clinical journey
About you

Our ideal candidate will have some experience as a qualified veterinary nurse and be confident in all areas of nursing, including anaesthetics.
