Job summary

CVS Group is recruiting a Registered Veterinary Nurse to join our Sandbach practice on a 32-hour week, with Saturday rota work. There is no OOH, and the role benefits from modern equipment including laparoscopic kit and digital imaging. You will work within a supportive team of vets and nurses to deliver outstanding client and patient care.

Job description

We are looking for a passionate Registered Veterinary Nurse to join our team and work 32 hours a week, with Saturday working on a rota basis. There is no OOH work involved. Based in Sandbach, a pretty market town in the heart of Cheshire filled with historic sights, idyllic countryside views and modern amenities. We have a caseload that allows our teams to develop! The team comes with a varied skill level, where everyone really has the chance to shine. Where required, we make use of visiting specialists to keep the experience in house with an aim to grow and develop talent within our team. This also helps keep our clients bonded and allows us that continuity of care. We have access to laparoscopic kit, brand new digital x-ray, dental x-ray with processor and lots of other bits and bobs to make day to day life and work up of your cases easier, giving you the tools to deliver outstanding care. You will be working alongside an experienced and supportive nursing team and a number of vets, including two Senior Vets, cert holders in medicine & dentistry, and nurses with certifications. We also deliver acupuncture services. So, there is plenty of support in those areas. Development of our people is important, and we'd be keen to support you with any areas of interest. We are blessed to be supported by an OOH provider and have no Sunday or Bank Holiday working. No two days at County Sandbach are ever the same, your responsibilities will include:
