Voyage Care is launching a brand-new supported living service in Mapperley Plains, Nottingham. As Registered Supported Living Manager, you will shape the service vision, recruit and develop a high-performing team, and establish strong community partnerships to deliver outstanding person-centred care.

You will lead from the outset, embedding quality, compliance and continuous improvement while supporting adults with mental health needs to live more independently and reach their goals.

Qualifications

• Experience leading a supported living service or similar.
• Background supporting adults with mental health needs.
• Level 5 Diploma in Health and Social Care (or working towards it).
• Ability to register with CQC.
• Strong communication with families, professionals and commissioners.

Responsabilités

• Lead and develop the new supported living service in Mapperley Plains, Nottingham.
• Oversee recruitment, team development, quality standards, compliance and service growth.
• Build relationships with commissioners and healthcare professionals to establish the service.
