Job summary

Voyage Care in Crewe is seeking a Registered Supported Living Manager to lead a busy service supporting adults with learning disabilities, autism and complex needs. You will oversee 16 supported living apartments and an outreach package, directing a management team and over 40 staff to deliver high-quality, person-centred support.

You will drive quality, compliance and governance, collaborate with families, local authorities and healthcare professionals, and foster a positive, engaged culture

Qualifications

• Experience in a registered management role within supported living, domiciliary or residential care.
• Strong leadership and people-management skills with a passion for high-quality care.
• Experience supporting people with learning disabilities, autism or complex needs.

Responsibilities

• Lead and develop a busy supported living service and outreach package.
• Inspire and coach a team of over 40 colleagues to deliver outstanding care.
• Maintain high standards of person-centred support, governance and regulatory compliance.
• Manage staffing, budgets, performance, and service delivery across multiple sites.
