Voyage Care is launching a brand-new supported living service in Mapperley Plains, Nottingham. As Registered Supported Living Manager, you will shape the service vision, recruit and develop a high-performing team, and establish strong community partnerships to deliver outstanding person-centred care.
You will lead from the outset, embedding quality, compliance and continuous improvement while supporting adults with mental health needs to live more independently and reach their goals.

As Registered Supported Living Manager, you'll take overall responsibility for the successful leadership and development of the service. Working closely with operational colleagues and support functions, you'll oversee recruitment, team development, quality standards, compliance and service growth.
A significant part of the role will involve establishing the service locally, developing relationships with commissioners and healthcare professionals, and promoting confidence in the provision. You'll also lead and inspire your team to deliver consistently high standards of support, ensuring the people we support remain at the heart of every decision.
