Ready to Lead, Inspire and Make a Lasting Impact?

Are you an experienced Registered Manager looking for your next challenge? Or perhaps you're an established Supported Living Manager ready to step up into a larger, multi-site leadership role?

At Voyage Care, we're looking for an ambitious, passionate and commercially aware leader to take ownership of a well-established Supported Living service. This is a fantastic opportunity to join a sector-leading organisation, lead an experienced team and drive the next phase of growth, quality and success across our services.

This is far more than a compliance-focused management role. It's an opportunity to shape services, develop people, strengthen quality and positively impact the lives of the people we support every single day.

Why Join Voyage Care?

We believe exceptional leaders should feel valued and rewarded.

Alongside a competitive salary and car allowance, you'll benefit from:

  • Stream – access up to 40% of your earned pay before payday
  • Funded Blue Light Card – discounts at hundreds of high street retailers and attractions
  • 24/7 GP access for you and your family
  • Health Cash Plans covering you and your family
  • Enhanced retirement leave
  • Long Service Awards
  • Outstanding learning, development and career progression opportunities within a sector-leading organisation
About the Opportunity

This is a rewarding and varied leadership role overseeing 7 Supported Living services supporting adults with:

  • Autism
  • Physical disabilities
  • Down syndrome
  • Additional complex support needs

You'll lead a well-established service infrastructure that includes a Service Coordinator and Scheme Leaders, whilst continuing to strengthen management capacity and operational excellence.

You'll work closely with local authorities, healthcare professionals, families and internal stakeholders to ensure the people we support receive exceptional, person-centred care that promotes independence, choice and positive outcomes.

What You'll Be Responsible For

As Registered Supported Living Manager, you'll:

  • Lead the day-to-day operational performance of multiple Supported Living services
  • Provide visible, hands-on leadership across dispersed teams
  • Drive excellent standards of care, quality and compliance
  • Ensure all services meet CQC, regulatory, legislative and contractual requirements
  • Develop and implement person-centred support plans
  • Complete audits, quality assurance activities and service improvement plans
  • Build strong relationships with commissioners, local authorities and healthcare professionals
  • Support and develop Scheme Leaders to create a strong leadership culture
Why This Role Stands Out

This is an exciting opportunity for someone who enjoys rolling up their sleeves and making a difference. The services have strong foundations, positive stakeholder relationships and a committed staff team. There is real opportunity to build on this success by further strengthening quality oversight, enhancing systems and processes, developing leaders and driving service improvement. We're looking for someone who enjoys being present within services, empowering colleagues and creating environments where both teams and the people we support can thrive.

If you're motivated by improving quality, developing people and delivering outstanding outcomes, this role offers genuine autonomy and the opportunity to leave a lasting legacy.

About You

We're seeking a confident and experienced leader who combines operational excellence with a passion for people.

Ideally, you'll have:

  • Previous experience as a CQC Registered Manager, or a proven care manager ready to take the next step
  • Strong Supported Living experience managing multiple services or geographically dispersed teams
  • Excellent knowledge of CQC regulations and quality frameworks
  • Level 5 Diploma in Health & Social Care (or willingness to undertake)
  • Experience supporting adults with learning disabilities, autism and complex needs
  • Strong governance, compliance and quality assurance skills
  • Financial and budget management experience
  • A visible, hands-on leadership style
  • The ability to inspire, motivate and develop teams
  • Strong organisational, communication and stakeholder management skills
  • A stable career history demonstrating commitment and achievement
  • Most importantly, you'll be passionate about supporting people to live fulfilling, independent lives and creating a culture where colleagues feel valued, supported and empowered to succeed.
