Job summary

Fairlie Healthcare Group seeks a Registered Nurse (RGN) to join our specialist neurological care team at Highfield House in Purley. You will provide high quality, person-centred nursing care for adults with complex needs, including tracheostomy and ventilator support, while following NMC guidelines.

This full-time on-site role offers ongoing training and development within a supportive multidisciplinary team.

Qualifications

• Active NMC Registration (RGN) is essential.
• Excellent communication and clinical skills are required.
• Solid understanding of the NMC Code is needed.
• Strong organisational and time management abilities are important.
• Right to work in the UK; visa sponsorship is not available.

Responsibilities

• Deliver high-quality, person-centred nursing care.
• Administer medications safely in line with NMC guidelines.
• Develop and maintain accurate care plans and clinical records.
• Support residents with complex neurological conditions.
• Collaborate with a multidisciplinary team to achieve outstanding outcomes.
• Develop specialist skills in tracheostomy and ventilator care (training provided).

Essential:

• Active NMC Registration (RGN)

• Good understanding of the NMC Code
• Strong organisational and time management skills
• Right to work in the UK (no sponsorship available)

Desirable:

• Experience in neurological rehabilitation or complex care
• Tracheostomy and ventilator experience (training available)
