The Fairlie Healthcare Group in London is seeking a dedicated Registered Nurse (RGN) to deliver compassionate, patient-centred care at Fairlie House in West Norwood. You will work with a multidisciplinary team to manage complex neurological conditions, including tracheostomy and ventilator support, with full training provided.

Ideal candidates are actively registered with NMC, possess excellent communication and clinical skills, and can uphold the NMC Code while maintaining accurate care plans

• Work closely with our multidisciplinary team to deliver outstanding outcomes.
• Develop specialist skills in tracheostomy and ventilator care (full training provided).

What We’re Looking For

Essential:

• Active NMC Registration (RGN)
• Excellent communication and clinical skills
• Good understanding of the NMC Code
• Strong organisational and time management skills
• Right to work in the UK (no sponsorship available)

Desirable:

• Experience in neurological rehabilitation or complex care
• Tracheostomy and ventilator experience (training available)
