Fairlie Healthcare in Banstead seeks an experienced Registered Nurse to step into a Charge Nurse (Sister) leadership role. You will lead the nursing team, promote best practice and ensure high standards of safety and resident-focused care.

Join an Outstanding-rated specialist neurological care provider delivering care to adults with complex conditions. You will role-model clinical excellence, support residents, families, and the MDT, while upholding the NMC Code and CQC standards.

Qualifications

• Active NMC Registration (RN1).
• Thorough understanding of the NMC Code of Professional Conduct.
• Excellent medication management and patient safety focus.
• Strong leadership and ability to manage a busy clinical environment.
• Commitment to resident-centred care and clinical excellence.

Your Role

• Leading and supporting the nursing team to deliver exceptional, evidence-based care.
• Acting as a role model, promoting best practice and clinical excellence.
• Supporting residents, families, and the multidisciplinary team to deliver outstanding person‑centred care.
• Maintaining the highest standards of patient safety, dignity, and confidentiality.
• Ensuring compliance with the NMC Code, CQC standards, infection prevention policies, and Fairlie Healthcare procedures.
• Creating a positive, supportive environment where both residents and colleagues can thrive.
