Job summary

Fairlie Healthcare Group is seeking a Registered Nurse (RGN) to join Fairlie House in West Norwood. You will deliver high-quality, person‑centred care and administer medications in line with NMC guidelines.

You’ll develop and maintain care plans, support residents with complex neurological conditions, and work with a multidisciplinary team to achieve outstanding outcomes. Full training in tracheostomy and ventilator care is provided to broaden your specialist skills.

Qualifications

• Active NMC Registration (RGN)
• Excellent communication and clinical skills
• Good understanding of the NMC Code
• Strong organisational and time management skills
• Right to work in the UK (no sponsorship available)
• Experience in neurological rehabilitation or complex care (Desirable)
• Tracheostomy and ventilator experience (training available)

Responsibilities
