Job summary

CS UK Recruitment Ltd is recruiting a Registered Manager for an exceptional residential service in the Stoke-on-Trent area. The role involves leading a team to deliver person-centred support to people with learning disabilities and challenging behaviours, while driving service development and regulatory compliance.

You will be NVQ/QCF Level 5 in Health & Social Care or equivalent, with extensive managerial experience.

Qualifications

• Must hold NVQ/QCF Level 5 in Health & Social Care or equivalent.
• Previous managerial experience in a similar residential care environment.
• Strong knowledge of regulatory standards in health and social care.
• Excellent organisational and communication skills.
• Flexible with a can-do attitude.
