Job summary

Autism Initiatives is seeking a Registered Service Manager to lead and develop an Adult Supported Living Service. This role commands a strong commitment to integrity and compassionate care, with responsibility for quality, contract management, finance, and staffing.

Job description

Position: RegisteredService Manager

Salary: £43,097 – £46,763 per annum

Hours: 37 hours per week

We are seeking an enthusiastic and dynamic Registered Service Manager who has the drive and passion to develop a service and team to achieve success. The successful candidate will demonstrate integrity, compassion, and real commitment to working with Autism Initiatives as we progress through the next stage of our Adult Supported Living Service.

You will lead and motivate the team to develop the overall quality of the service including individualised approaches, outcome focused support planning, contract management, finance, health and safety and staffing. The successful candidate will provide regular supervisions, guidance and direction to the team. To be successful in this role, you will have the ability to deliver a highly personalised service to adults with a diagnosis of ASC and actively encourage community access for service user’s and enable active participation in a variety of activities to increase their independence and live successful as a valued member of the community.

You will have experience inworking in a Health and Social Care setting and be able to evidence your contribution to positive outcomes for service users and your ability to fulfil this important role.

Ideally you will hold a Level 5 Health and Social Care qualification, or you will be required to obtain this qualification on successful appointment.

This position is subject to an enhanced Disclosure from the Disclosure & Barring Service (DBS).
