Job summary

Voyage Care is seeking a Registered Service Manager for Leicestershire. The role leads a residential service specialist rehabilitation service / ABI and works with local authorities, healthcare professionals and families to improve independence and outcomes for those we support.

You will oversee day-to-day service operations, implement person-centred plans, recruit staff, conduct appraisals, manage medication competencies/audits and coordinate multi-disciplinary meetings to ensure outstanding

Qualifications

• Previous CQC registered manager experience or care management role.
• Willing to undertake CQC registration and hold Level 5 in Health & Social Care.
• Experience with autism, acquired brain injury, complex needs and challenging behaviours.

Responsibilities

• Manage the day-to-day running of the service(s) and develop person-centred support plans.
• Conduct care needs assessments and recruit/induct new colleagues.
• Complete supervisions and appraisals, medication competencies and audits.
• Attend multi-disciplinary meetings and quarterly audits/reports.
• Effectively manage the service P&L and ensure regulatory, legislative, contractual requirements are met.
• Lead a friendly, dynamic team to deliver high-quality care.
