Job summary

Voyage Care Ltd is seeking a Registered Service Manager in Nuneaton to lead our ABI rehabilitation service and deliver outstanding person-centred care. You will oversee day-to-day management, drive quality and compliance, manage occupancy and budgets, and build strong relationships with local authorities, health professionals and families.

Applicants should have leadership experience in health and social care, be willing to pursue Level 5 Leadership, and have knowledge of CQC regulations to help

Qualifications

Experience in health and social care management.
Understanding of CQC regulatory requirements.
Ability to lead and develop teams and manage service performance.

Responsibilities

Lead day-to-day management of the service.
Maintain high standards of quality, compliance and person-centred support.
Manage occupancy and budgeting to support service growth.
Conduct audits, supervisions and quality monitoring.
Build relationships with local authorities, healthcare professionals and families.
