Job summary

TipTopJob is seeking an experienced Home Manager for a high‑quality nursing home in Norwich, Norfolk. You will lead staff, resources, and care programs to ensure dignified, person‑centred living while meeting CQC standards and guiding the home toward an outstanding rating.

You will report to the regional Operations Manager and collaborate with Clinical Leads, healthcare and hospitality teams to drive continuous improvement and excellent resident care.

Qualifications

• Previous experience of managing a care home
• Good knowledge of CQC standards and can work towards achieving Outstanding
• Good communication skills and can maintain excellent working relationships at all levels, internal as well as external professionals, families and visitors
• A proven track record of marketing and business skills within the private care sector, running a commercially successful, good or outstanding rated care home
• Enthusiasm and passion for developing high level of person-centred care
• Ability to actively participate in the growth and development of the care service

An outstanding new job opportunity has arisen for a dedicated Home Manager to work in an exceptional nursing home based in the Norwich, Norfolk area. You will be working for one of UKs leading healthcare providers

This nursing home is registered for older people, employing a team of staff skilled in person:centred nursing and dementia care

Preferably NMC registered nurse with relevant post:registration experience desirable but not essential

As The Home Manager Your Key Responsibilities Include

Benefits

The successful Home Manager will receive an excellent salary of GBP65,000 per annum. This exciting position is a permanent full time role working 40 hours a week from 9am to 5pm. In return for your hard work and dedication you will receive the following generous benefits:
