Stockport NHS Foundation Trust is seeking a flexible Nurse Associate or Assistant Practitioner to join our district nursing team. You will work with Community Nurses and Adult Social Care staff to provide high-quality care to Stockport residents, including home visits and residential settings.
We welcome newly qualified staff and offer a supportive preceptorship programme to help you develop your skills in community care.

The post holder will work with the Community Nurses and Adults Social care staff to provide a first class service to the residents of Stockport.We are looking for a flexible, innovative Nurse Associate practitioner or Assistant Practitioner with a variety of clinical skills. The District Nursing Service provides care in patients' homes as well as residential homes caring for patients with complex needs and supporting carers.Stockport District Nursing Service offers a supportive preceptorship programme for staff new to community and welcomes applications from newly qualified staff.
