Job summary

Everpool Recruitment is seeking a Functional Assessor in the UK with a nursing, OT, physiotherapy, paramedic or pharmacist background. The role uses clinical knowledge to assess how conditions affect daily living, with no hands-on patient care required and full training provided.

The position offers a £40,000 starting salary with progression to £42,000 after 12 months, up to a 10% quarterly bonus, and a hybrid, Monday–Friday schedule. Training supports transition from traditional clinical work.

Qualifications

• One+ year post-registration experience.
• Current NMC/HCPC or relevant registration.
• Experience as Nurse, OT, Physiotherapist, Paramedic or Pharmacist.

Responsibilities

• Conduct functional assessments of health conditions and disabilities.
• Prepare clear, structured reports with findings and recommendations.
• Collaborate with multidisciplinary teams and coordinate with assessors.

About the Role

Are you a Registered Nurse, Occupational Therapist, Physiotherapist, Paramedic or Pharmacist looking for a new challenge away from hands-on clinical work?

No previous Functional Assessor experience required - full training provided.

You Must Have

• 1+ year post-registration experience
