Job summary

Strode Park Foundation in Herne Bay is seeking a Registered Nurse to join Strode Park House. You will assess, plan, implement and review care tailored to each resident, maintaining high clinical standards and safe medication management.

The role is full-time, 39.75 hours per week, with a salary of £37,575.60 per annum. You will work with a supportive team in a Victorian manor house, with induction, CPD support and ongoing professional development.

Qualifications

• Must be an RGN/RMN/RNLD qualified nurse.
• Must have a valid NMC pin.
• Experience of medication management.
• Understanding MCA, DOLS and safeguarding processes.

You’ll be a hands-on nurse who brings professionalism, compassion and sound clinical judgement to every aspect of care. You’ll be confident supporting residents, working alongside nursing and care colleagues, and helping maintain the highest standards of modern, person-centred practice.

We’re looking for someone who:
