Strode Park House in Herne, Kent is seeking an experienced Catering Manager to lead a busy kitchen, plan menus and manage rotas, stock and costs. You will supervise cooks and catering assistants, ensuring meals are nutritious, appealing and prepared with care within budget and safety standards.
The role requires Level 2 catering qualification and a basic Food Hygiene certificate, with practical leadership and a passion for delivering high-quality catering in a care setting.
