Job summary

Barchester care home is seeking a Registered Nurse (RGN) to look after residents' physical, psychological and social needs with professional judgement and autonomy. You will develop tailored care plans, administer medicines safely and contribute to high-quality care across the service.

Applicants must be NMC registered with up-to-date clinical practice knowledge and experience in risk assessments, DoLs/MCA, and regulatory guidelines.

Qualifications

• NMC registered nursing qualification with up-to-date clinical practices.
• Experience in developing care plans and risk assessments.
• Understanding of regulatory frameworks including DoLs/MCA and Royal Pharmaceutical guidelines.
• Person-centred, compassionate approach to nursing.
