Job summary

Barchester Healthcare is seeking a Registered Nurse (RGN) to look after the physical, psychological and social needs of our residents within a dedicated care home. You will create a safe, supportive environment and use professional judgement to deliver high-quality care.

You’ll develop tailored care plans, administer medicines safely, and ensure compliance with regulatory standards including DoLs/MCA and Royal Pharmaceutical guidelines. You’ll be valued for a person-centred approach and teamwork.

Qualifications

• Current NMC registration and up-to-date clinical practices.
• Experience in producing well-developed care plans and detailed risk assessments.
• Understanding of regulatory frameworks, including DoLs/MCA and Royal Pharmaceutical guidelines.
• Dedicated and compassionate, with a person-centred approach to nursing.
