Job summary

You will develop tailored care plans, administer medicines safely, and apply DoLs/MCA and Royal Pharmaceutical guidelines with professional judgement, compassion and person-centred care at the core of every resident interaction.

Qualifications

• NMC registration and up-to-date nursing practice knowledge.
• Experience creating well-developed care plans and risk assessments.
• Understanding of regulatory frameworks (DoLs/MCA, Royal Pharmaceutical guidelines).
• Person-centred, compassionate approach to nursing.
