Job summary

You’ll work with clinical judgement to create a safe, supportive environment and be valued for what you do.

The role involves developing care plans, conducting risk assessments and administering medicines safely, with awareness of DoLs/MCA and Royal Pharmaceutical guidelines.

Qualifications

• Must have current NMC registration.
• Experience in producing well-developed care plans and detailed risk assessments.
• Understanding of regulatory frameworks including DoLS/MCA and Royal Pharmaceutical guidelines.

Responsibilities

• Look after physical, psychological and social needs of residents.
• Develop tailored care plans and carry out risk assessments.
• Provide medicines safely and administer care in line with clinical judgement.
