Job summary

Barchester is hiring a Registered Nurse (RGN) to look after the physical, psychological and social needs of residents in a care home in Gateshead. You will develop tailored care plans, provide medicines safely, and uphold high standards of nursing care with professional autonomy.

Applicants should be NMC-registered, understand DoLs/MCA and regulatory guidelines, and bring a person-centred, compassionate approach to every resident interaction.

Qualifications

• Current NMC registration and up-to-date clinical practices are required.
• Experience producing well-developed care plans and detailed risk assessments is important.
• Understanding regulatory frameworks including DoLs/MCA and Royal Pharmaceutical guidelines is essential.
• Dedicated and compassionate, with a person-centred approach to nursing.
