Job summary

Barchester-Healthcare is seeking a Registered Nurse (RGN) to look after the physical, psychological and social needs of our residents, delivering high-quality care with autonomy and professional judgement.

You will be NMC registered, capable of developing care plans, conducting risk assessments and navigating regulatory frameworks including DoLs/MCA and Royal Pharmaceutical guidelines. This role emphasises person-centred, compassionate nursing within a supportive team.

Qualifications

• Current NMC registration and good clinical knowledge.
• Experience producing well-developed care plans and detailed risk assessments.
• Understanding regulatory frameworks including DoLs/MCA and Royal Pharmaceutical guidelines.
• Dedicated and compassionate with a person-centred approach to nursing.
