About The Role

As a Registered Nurse at a Barchester care home, you'll look after the physical, psychological and social needs of our residents to help us deliver the quality care they deserve.

You'll create a safe and supportive environment for residents with a range of physical and mental needs, using your professional judgement to make critical clinical decisions. Your responsibilities will include developing tailored care plans, administering medication safely, and maintaining high standards of care. As a Registered Nurse (RGN), you'll have the autonomy to perform your duties with integrity and be valued for your expertise.

About You

You must have current NMC registration and a strong knowledge of up-to-date clinical practices. Experience in creating care plans, conducting risk assessments, and understanding regulatory frameworks such as DoLs/MCA and Royal Pharmaceutical guidelines is essential. You should be dedicated, compassionate, and committed to providing person-centred, thoughtful nursing care.
