Job summary

Barchester Healthcare Homes Limited is seeking a Registered Nurse (RGN) to look after the physical, psychological and social needs of our residents, creating safe, personalized care plans and delivering medicines with professional judgment.

With current NMC registration and knowledge of DoLs/MCA and Royal Pharmaceutical guidelines, you will work autonomously in a compassionate, person-centred team committed to quality care and ongoing development.

Qualifications

• Current NMC registration and up-to-date clinical knowledge.
• Experience developing well-developed care plans and risk assessments.
• Understanding of regulatory frameworks including DoLs/MCA and Royal Pharmaceutical guidelines.

Responsibilities

• Develop tailored care plans and conduct risk assessments for residents.
• Provide medicines safely and monitor clinical status as part of the team.
