Job summary

EQ Care Group seeks a Registered Nurse for Willow Lodge in Redhill, working nights (8pm–8am) to support households with a heart-centred approach. The role focuses on continuity of care with dementia and complex needs, visiting households, and collaborating with teams to implement care plans.

Registered Nurse (Community / District Nurse Background Welcome)

Nights 8pm - 8am

Up to £64,178 per annum (pro rata) Depending on experience

Up to 44 hours per week to include alternate weekends

Role Overview

As a Registered Nurse, you will support the households with nursing needs, you will operate a model similar to district or community nursing, you will visit each household and work with the teams there to implement and ensure the plan of care you help write, is followed. Each household will support people with a range of nursing needs, including people living with dementia and complex care needs. You will work closely with a consistent team, getting to know the people and their preferences, routines and clinical needs in detail.

This role offers the opportunity to combine your clinical expertise with a more holistic and relationship-led approach to care.
