Job summary

Roseberry Care Centres in Buckingham seeks a Registered Nurse (RGN) for Hamilton House to join a warm, patient‑centred team. You will lead care colleagues, administer medications, and contribute to personalized care plans for residents.

Flexible 33–44 hour weeks, day/night rotas with weekends, and ongoing training are provided as part of our supportive, values-driven environment across 25 homes.

Qualifications

• NMC-registered Nurse required.
• Experience in a care home or similar setting is a plus.
• Right to work in the UK.

Responsibilities

• Safely administering and recording prescribed medication.
• Leading care teams and supporting junior staff.
• Creating, reviewing, and delivering personalised care plans.
• Monitoring residents’ well-being, mobility, nutrition and needs.
• Communicating openly with residents, families and healthcare professionals.
• Ensuring top standards of care and compliance.
