Qualifications

• NMC-registered nurse with senior clinical or leadership experience.
• Strong clinical assessment and leadership skills.
• Right to work in the UK.

Responsibilities

• Provide clinical leadership and oversee all aspects of resident care.
• Conduct comprehensive assessments and create detailed, person-centred care plans.
• Ensure safeguarding, dignity, and clinical governance standards.
• Create, review, and deliver personalised care plans.
• Manage medication safely and effectively, following policies.
• Liaise with external professionals to coordinate and deliver care.
• Promote strong relationships between residents, families, and staff.
