Signature Senior Lifestyle in Reigate is seeking a Care Supervisor to lead a team of care assistants at our luxury care and nursing home. You will organise the team, conduct supervisions, and review residents' care plans to ensure high standards.

Weekly drop-in sessions on Thursdays may lead to on-the-day interviews with a CV. A NVQ Level 3 in Health & Social Care and a medication administration qualification are advantageous.

Formación

• NVQ Level 3 in Health & Social Care and a recognised medication administration qualification are a big advantage.
• Experience in care is advantageous.

Responsabilidades

• Lead and develop a small team of care assistants, organising the team and leading by example.
• Conduct regular supervisions, one-to-ones and annual performance reviews.
• Monitor and review residents' care plans and ensure updates are recorded accurately.
• Perform care duties as required and respond calmly in emergencies.
