Job summary

Signature Senior Lifestyle is recruiting a Care Supervisor for our luxury care and nursing home in Reigate. You will mentor a small team of care assistants, run regular supervisions, and lead by example to ensure excellent resident care.

You’ll monitor and update residents’ care plans, ensuring accuracy and compliance, while continuing to perform care duties as needed. A calm, proactive leader is essential.

Qualifications

• Proven leadership and ability to inspire and develop a team.
• Experience supervising care assistants with regular appraisals and reviews.
• Strong communication and organisational skills in a care setting.
• Competence in monitoring and reviewing residents care plans and adapting to needs.

Responsibilities

• Lead and organise a small team of care assistants, providing regular supervision and performance reviews.
• Monitor residents’ care plans and ensure adherence by all staff.
• Perform care assistant duties as required and manage emergencies calmly and effectively.
