Job summary

HC-One Ltd. is looking for Registered Nurses to join our care homes in Wales. You will deliver compassionate, person-centred nursing care within a supportive nurse-led environment, working closely with residents and their families.

You will mentor colleagues, participate in safeguarding training, and contribute to a culture of continuous professional development while maintaining high standards of care and professional conduct.

Qualifications

• Registered Nurse with at least 12 months experience in Health or Social Care.
• Current NMC PIN and commitment to professional standards.
• Willingness to mentor and support colleagues and students.

Responsibilities

• Provide person-centred nursing care in a nurse-led setting.
• Mentor and supervise junior staff and learners.
• Maintain safeguarding awareness and complete required training.
• Communicate clearly with Residents and families, documenting care as needed.
• Work collaboratively with multi-disciplinary teams to meet residents' needs.
