HC-One Limited is seeking a Registered Nurse to join our care home teams. You will provide person-centred care, support Residents and their families, and work in a nurse-led environment with a focus on professional standards.

You will have at least 12 months experience in Health or Social Care and hold a valid NMC PIN. Mentoring colleagues and supporting students as a supervisor are key parts of the role.

Formación

• Registered Nurse with at least 12 months experience in Health or Social Care and a valid PIN.
• Demonstrates commitment to professional standards as set by the NMC.
• Ability to mentor colleagues and support students as a practice supervisor/assessor.

Responsabilidades

• Provide person-centred care to Residents and their families.
• Lead in a nurse-led environment with complex decision making.
• Support safeguarding, maintain effective communication, and role-model professional behaviour.
