Job summary

Eligible hires can receive a $5,000 sign-on bonus. The position emphasizes evidence-based practice, documentation accuracy, and collaborating with multidisciplinary teams to achieve optimal patient outcomes.

Qualifications

• Valid RN license in NH or a compact state.
• BCLS certification or within 30 days of hire; BSN strongly preferred.
• ACLS certification or within 1 year of hire.

Responsibilities

• Provide professional nursing care within assigned unit and coordinate care planning with other disciplines.
• Adhere to hospital policies, ANA standards of practice, and nursing code of ethics.
• Ensure safe, timely and accurate medication and IV administration and transcription.
• Document accurately and timely according to departmental policy.
• Mentor and teach new employees, setting goals and aiding their development.
• Identify patient priorities and discharge planning needs with input from the multidisciplinary team.
• Evaluate plan of care and modify as needed based on patient outcomes.

Education

RN license - NH or any other compact state

BSN strongly preferred
